I can't believe it... but this summer has been pretty uneventful!! I went to Maine this past weekend for the first time... since the wedding!! That is craziness! My skin was so not used to sunshine that I got a nice little sunburn - which I actually was excited about knowing it would eventually turn into a tan!
However, I know that all of my hard work this summer is all leading to the honeymoon that Ayden and I never had... in Mexico!! Yahoo! Very excited about this. This spring I found the place I really wanted to go to - and put it as my computer background. Hey - the whole visualized and it will be worked!
Oh yes, another highlight... I changed my very own tire today. I was grubby from my toes, to my elbows, to under every finger nail! Blegh! While I was busy driving home on my newly installed donut tire, Ayden was busy trying to find me a replacement tire! Wouldn't you know it - the tires we have had on there are no longer being made! So, we went for the gold and are replacing all 4... cha-ching. Again, another good reason to be busting my butt this summer! :)
Something that I can look forward to... (now that I am done sort of bitching....) I get a little girlie time right in the middle of August - I sure do miss my girls!!
